Discovering Possibilities

Students commence their learning journey by exploring new interests, building confidence and developing a love of learning. Through enriching experiences and supportive relationships, they start to uncover their unique strengths and potential.

Curious Minds, Confident Learners

Learning at Hills is purposeful, engaging and future-focused. Through the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP), students make meaningful connections across subject areas and apply their learning to real-world contexts.

By combining structured inquiry, explicit teaching and rich learning experiences, students develop strong foundations in literacy and numeracy while building the skills needed to thrive in a changing world.

Personalised Learning and Growth

Our teachers use evidence-informed practices to support the growth and success of every student. Learning experiences are tailored to meet individual needs, ensuring appropriate support, challenge and opportunities for achievement.

Students are encouraged to set goals, reflect on their progress and develop confidence in their abilities as learners.

Extension and Enrichment

For students ready for additional challenge, a range of extension opportunities is available. The Primary Extension Program provides carefully planned enrichment experiences that further develop literacy and numeracy skills, encouraging students to extend their thinking, deepen their understanding and reach their full potential.
