Hills International College Halls of Residence (Boarding Houses) are located within the campus, and are within a short walking distance to all College facilities, and are available to both male and female boarders.
Designed as motel style accommodation, each room is designed to suit a maximum of 4 students, with attached bathroom. All units are fully furnished and are equipped with a refrigerator. |

All students are able to have personal laptops and televisions in their rooms. There is also a recreational room with a pool table, a big screen television with DVD and video player and supper and snack facilities. The College cafeteria serves buffet style meals with an emphasis on international cuisine. A hot selection is served for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a cold selection of salads and seasonal fruits. Supper is served 7 nights a week at approximately 8:30pm.
There is supervised homework and computer classes 3 times per week, and students are able to use email facilities during these times. |

The residential cleaning staff look after all the boarding students' laundry needs. Bed linen is changed weekly, and personal laundry is done 4 days per week.
The boarders' supervising staff are in residence 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and all have first aid qualifications. There are also 2 medical centres within 2 minutes drive of the College and a fully equipped hospital approximately 20 minutes away. The students are all automatically covered for emergencies by the Queensland Ambulance Service. |

On Thursday evenings there is a supervised night shopping excursion by College buses to various shopping centres nearby. During the term the Halls of Residence staff organise voluntary excursions to various places of interest.
All boarders are permitted access to the College sporting facilities and are encouraged to join the Hills gym, a fully equipped weights and training room which they are able to use on a regular basis, under qualified supervision. |

The Halls of Residence and College cafeteria remain open all year for the benefit of boarding students, and are closed only for approximately 1 month over the Christmas vacation for maintenance purposes. Boarders are permitted to stay at the College over the short term breaks, subject to parents and boarding supervisors' permission. |
